Shipping 

How long does it take to process my order? 

In most cases, we typically ship next day however, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

What if I need to expedite my order? 

You can email us at saltanpepperboutique@gmail.com and we will do our best to get your order processed as quickly as possible. 

Pick Up Orders

How long will it take for my pick up order to be processed? 

Pick up orders will be fulfilled the following business day. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pick up. Orders that are placed on Fridays will not be fulfilled until the following business day. If you need to pick up your items sooner, please contact saltanpepperboutique@gmail.com and we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. 

Returns 

What is your return policy? 

If for some reason the items you purchased did not work out, you can email us at saltanpepperboutique@gmail.com to start the return process. You will be responsible for paying return shipping. Your item must be mailed back within 15 days of delivery with no signs of wear and the original tags intact. Once your item(s) are inspected and approved, we will issue store credit for the item(s) for the full amount of the item(s).

Can I return items that are on sale? 

All sale items are FINAL SALE.
